Just as we meticulously select our Montane, Inov-8, Ron Hill, and OMM gear, we’ve designed a returns process that is clear, reliable, and respectful of your time—so you can get back to the trail with confidence.

Our Promise to You

We stand behind the quality and performance of every item in our curated collections—from Men’s & Women’s Clothing and Footwear to Packs & Vests, GPS & Watches, and Survival & Navigation gear. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations for your adventure, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Our Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. They must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team of fellow outdoor enthusiasts will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to our US warehouse.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and tags. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

3. Return/Exchange Request Email Template

To expedite your request, please copy and paste the template below into an email to [email protected] and fill in the bracketed information.

Order Number: [Your Order Number] Product Name(s): [e.g., Men’s Inov-8 Trail Running Shoes, Size 10] Reason for Return/Exchange: [e.g., Size doesn’t fit / Product defect / Changed mind] I confirm that the item(s) are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. 4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The refund will appear on your statement based on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (including any Standard Shipping charges via DHL/FedEx) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard methods.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following categories of products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Clothing Accessories Bottles & Flasks Bumbags & Waistbelts

Analysis Note: Based on the nature of these items (personal wear accessories and drinkware for hygiene reasons), they are considered non-returnable for health and safety purposes. All other categories, including Men’s/Women’s Clothing & Footwear, Equipment, Packs & Vests, GPS & Watches, Junior Gear, and Survival & Navigation gear, are eligible for returns under the standard policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
