We ship globally to adventurers everywhere (excluding a few remote regions in Asia and other specified areas). Our goal is to get your carefully curated gear from our warehouse to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods, Time & Costs

We offer two primary shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping (Recommended):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: A flat fee of $12.95.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Fully trackable and reliable for most destinations.
  2. Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS.
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • Includes tracking. A great option for non-urgent orders.

*Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

1. Key Guidelines

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Clothing Accessories (e.g., hats, gloves, buffs)
  • Bottles & Flasks
  • Bumbags & Waistbelts

All other categories—including Men’s/Women’s Clothing & Footwear, Equipment, Packs & Vests, GPS & Watches, Junior Gear, Survival & Navigation gear, and Multi-Day gear—are eligible for returns under our standard policy.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our team at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for our US warehouse.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

Refunds, Credits & Damaged Items

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing of the credit appearing on your statement depends on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
