Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

3.3 Pricing & Shipping Costs

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method:

• Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions in Asia and other specified areas. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. While we partner with reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS), delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen events. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the window. An RMA number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approved inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos for a prepaid return and replacement/refund.
